The hardware layer
Service Analytics
Sensors and equipment that report what a walkthrough would only discover later — the layer that turns a cleaning schedule into a response to what the building is actually doing.
A schedule is a guess about the future written in the past. It says a restroom will need servicing at 2 PM because that was true on average, last quarter, in a building that has since changed.
The hardware here exists to replace that guess with a measurement. Sensors report occupancy, supply levels and conditions continuously. Screens close the loop with the people using the space. And the Titan One station carries the whole operational layer to wherever the work is happening.
Everything reports into CleanVision, which is what makes it useful — a sensor that alerts nobody is just a device on a wall.
