Technology
The platform and the hardware behind the proactive model
Predictive cleaning is a claim until something measures the building. Two layers make ours real: the platform that runs every contract, and the sensors and stations that feed it from the field.
Technology in this industry is usually a slide. Ours is the system our own supervisors, cleaners and clients open every day — if it stopped working, the contracts would stop running.
CleanVision is the operations platform: shifts, tasks, inspections, inventory, alerts and the certification that ties them together. Service Analytics is the layer that gives it eyes — IoT sensors reporting conditions continuously, and hardware in the field where a person alone would only find the problem later.
Neither replaces the people. A sensor can tell you a restroom has taken 200 visits since the last service; it cannot decide what that means for the building, and it certainly cannot clean it. What the technology removes is guesswork — and the delay between a problem appearing and someone knowing about it.
