Preventing the complaint instead of answering it
For decades this industry ran on a single sequence: dissatisfied client, complaint, late correction, damage already done. Proactive Care is what we replaced it with — the building is read continuously, and the work is scheduled against what it says.
The reactive model is not a failure of effort. Cleaning teams working that way are usually working hard — they are simply working from the only signal available to them, which is somebody being unhappy enough to say so. By the time that signal arrives, the thing it describes has already been true for days.
What changes here is the signal. Sensors count actual usage, inspections are scored against history, and consumption is tracked per area — so a condition can be recognised while it is still cheap to fix, and a person can be sent before anyone in the building has reason to write an email.
The six pages below are one cycle, in order: predict, detect, warn, clean ahead, verify, and respond to what still gets through. Each is separate because each fails in its own way — a system that predicts well and notifies badly delivers exactly what no system at all delivers.
